Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 2-3 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).    

You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. We use USPS to ship our packages. Our standard shipping typically takes about 2-7* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.Some items are from our partners in Asia and those items take 4-13 Business Days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shop Baby Boutiques. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

What if my order is damaged, lost, or stolen?

We are not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
