We are SO GRATEFUL to have you shopping with us and are excited to get your order to you as fast as possible.  

It's not uncommon that your order will arrive separately if you order multiple items, sometimes they come from different suppliers or are are available on different days.  

How long does shipping take?     

Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 1-4 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).    

You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. We use USPS to ship our packages. Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.Some items are from our partners in Asia and those items take 4-10 Business Days.

 

     Where are your products from? 
    • A large majority of our products are from the USA. Each item is carefully chosen for comfort and style. We currently carry collections from Haute Baby, AnnLoren, Honey Dew USA, and some are located in Asia.
    How can I track my order?  
    • You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can then track your order at our Track your Order Page.

      What is your return policy?

      At Shop Baby Boutiques, we want you to love what you purchase from our site, and if you don’t, we offer easy returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. You will receive an email once the return is completed. Returns are free.

      Non-returnable items include:
      -Items 30 days past the delivery date
      -Gift cards
      -Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged
      -Items that do not include their attached original tag
      -Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging
      -Swimwear that has been used or worn or is missing the sanitary liner and/or tags

      I didn't get all of my items.

      • We try and get items out as quickly as possible and will ship them as soon as they are prepared for shipping.  Often, we'll ship packages separately at no additional cost to you.  

      Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

      • If you need to make a change to your order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase.  Email us at shopbabyboutiques.com and title your email ORDER CHANGE.  If it's been more than 12 hours since purchase, we can't guarantee a change to your order.

       

      How secure is my personal information?

      Shop Baby Boutiques  adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

      Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
